Reservations Engine

Compucast provides a highly customized, cutting-edge reservations engine set to provide hospitality professionals with a way to personally manage booked rooms and services.

This reservations engine - ResEngine Pro - was designed in collaboration with several hotel general managers, who aided in designing layout and functionality, and who continue to work with us on new features as desired.

Compucast Interactive's Resengine Pro not only offers inventory, rates, and minimum night stays ... its interface also offers the ability to feature packages as well as accept codes for group rates.

In addition to its special terms component (allowing one to create and offer separate terms for holidays and special events), the system presents detailed reports by date of arrival and date of booking, allowing for local IDs and the ability to track immediate reservations based on unique links on specific web sites.

Resengine Pro also emails every visitor on their date of departure, asking them to complete a comment card about their stay. These comments are then presented to the hotel via graph and by date range.

The Personal Touch feature, when selected, allows each visitor to upsell their reservation by requesting additional items be added to their total - these can include a bouquet of roses, gift baskets for anniversaries, and even restaurant reservations.

The discount feature allows the hotel to set discounts based on dates of stay, and the prepay option allows visitors to prepay their reservation in order to receive a discount set by the hotel.
