CompuREZ was designed closely with hotel general managers. As a web company whose goal is to provide everything our clients would like for their web sites, it was first created in 1999 at their request
when the only reservations systems available to online visitors were those in use by corporate hotel brands. We continue to upgrade and add features as needed and when requested by our hotels.
Our hotels requested a reservations system customized to their specifications, designed to match their site, and going directly to them. We worked closely with them to ensure it was easily maintained and provided options that made managing their inventory easier and more efficient.
CompuREZ is installed on your site, has the look and feel of your site, and reservations go directly to you. This hotel booking solution provides many unique features based on each individual hotel's requests:
Impress your visitors with that "Personal Touch"! This feature allows you to upsell during the reservations process — i.e., allow your visitors to reserve for restaurants on property or just allow them to order a dozen roses or a fruit basket be delivered to their room upon arrival
Create unique site for groups to make reservations! Manage your group reservations efficiently with our Group Reservations component. It allows you to create unique reservations systems for every group on the fly - you will assign a unique link and create an individual message for each upcoming group as well as set unique inventory and rates for each upcoming group. Your stats reports will identify all reservations belonging to that group.
Create value with package offers! Add sightseeing tours, cruises or other services and offer them as packages available for selection. Packeges added to your reservations sytem can then show up on your separate "Packages" page within your web site with calls to action. These package offers can also be set up to rotate on home page of site in a featured section, showing all packages available with a link to each. Each package can have its own inventory and can be set to expire within a set number of days before the date of arrival.
Cross-promote all of your hotel properties! Our multi-reservations tool will help you cross-promote your properties by showcasing availability from all of your hotels on your portal site.
New Orleans hotel? Your hotel’s inventory will show up when visitors search for hotels on many New Orleans sites, giving your hotel additional promotion and over 10,000 additional availability checks per month.
Hear what visitors have to say! CompuREZ emails each visitor on their date of departure with a link to an online comment card — the results of the comment cards are presented in graphical format for the hotel to review at any time. It is user friendly for both visitors and hotel personnel.
In addition to setting inventory by month and room type, this allows you to assign inventory, rates, and minimum night stays for months at a time for multiple room types.
Ability to set and manage percentage discounts based on number of room nights reserved.
Create and manage room types with descriptions and images that show up when visitors are deciding upon which room type to reserve
Ability to set special terms for holidays and change them whenever necessary, with a checkbox requiring visitors to read the terms before reserving
Ability to quickly check the entire year’s inventory for dates with less than ** number of rooms allocated. Link to inventory management is included next to each month that needs more inventory
Ability to review by month the rates, minimum night stays, and allotted inventory for each room type on one screen for each month
Ability to quickly close out entire hotel including all room types quickly based on date range. This does not affect the inventory in the system, and you can quickly “open” the dates and the inventory will again show up for the visitor.
This shows the reservations made by date of arrival or date of booking by date range. It is available in either summary or detailed mode. For security reasons, the clients’ personal info is encrypted and kept on the secure server.
